No Refunds Alcohol and glass are strictly prohibited within the park. All coolers will be checked before entering the park and when leaving the front gate. No running in the park. Swim wear is required. Cut-offs, buttons, and zippers are NOT allowed on slides. T-shirts are permitted. On the Twister and Tube Slides, shirts may be worn loose. On the Speed Slides, shirts must be knotted. A person must be 48-inches or taller to ride the Twister and Speed Slides – no exceptions. Patrons under 48-inches tall must wear a life vest to ride the Black Cobra Tube Slides. Shoes are not allowed on any slides. No flipping or going head first down the body slides.

• You must lay on your back with arms and legs crossed at all times when riding the body slides.
• You MUST ride the tube slides alone. No double riding is allowed.
• Personal flotation devices, rafts, and air mattresses are NOT permitted in the park.
• All life jackets must be Coast Guard approved. Approved life jackets are available for the day free of charge from the park. Click here for further information.
• Children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers.
• We are not a day care facility; please watch your children carefully. Life guards are on-site to protect patrons against drowning and injury.  Please do not leave children at the kiddy area unattended or without adult supervision.
• If you are dropping children off who are under 18 years of age and they are injured, according to juvenile laws of the State of Indiana, they must go to the hospital by ambulance.
• Absolutely no children under the age of 12 will be allowed in the park without an accompanying paid adult.
• If you dropped off your child and he/she is not at the gate when/where you told them to be, it is not our obligation to let you into the park to look for them.
• If you bring your own grill, please put all coals in the drums labeled "coals" only.
• Everyone entering the park must pay admission. There are no spectator discounts.
• Only paying customers can get stamped so they can re-enter the park later. Special promotional day "free" attendees do not receive this privilege.

Wave Pool Rules

• No standing on rental tubes in the wave pool.
• Always stay on the shallow side of the flags.
• Ladders are to be used for emergency exit only.
• Stay off the sides of the wave pool during the wave cycle.
