Splash Down Dunes is always looking for responsible and dependable college students, high school students, retirees, teachers, or anyone looking to earn extra money during our summer season. We hire approximately 100 employees for summer work each year, so the opportunities are aplenty!

Our available summer employment positions include:
- Lifeguards
- Park Maintenance
- Cashier
- Housekeeping

Pay & Bonus System: |
| 1. |
Base pay of $7.00 per hour |
| 2. |
$.75 per hour bonus for working to the end of the season. You must get this bonus to get any of the others. |
| 3. |
$.75 per hour bonus for working all of your scheduled shifts. You must get this bonus to get item 4 or 5 |
| 4. |
$1.50 per hour bonus for being a park supervisor.
Park Supervisors are:
a. Groups and Cashier supervisor.(1)
b. Lifeguard Supervisor (2)
c. Maintenance Supervisor. (1) |
| 5. |
$.50 per hour for being a great employee. Given at Paul Childress’ discretion. |

Rules for the bonus are: |
| 1. |
If you go to school outside a 50 mile radius of the park, you can leave for school 5 days before the start of classes. If not, you must work thru Labor Day weekend to get any type of bonus. |
| 2. |
You must work ALL your scheduled shifts or you MUST have the covered by another employee. This is your responsibility. There are NO excused absences period. |
| 3. |
Every employee is required to work the 4th of July. No one that does not work the 4th of July will get a bonus. |
